Shipping Cost:
Calculated by product weight and shown at checkout.
Delivery Time:
Total delivery time = Processing (3–10 business days) + Shipping (6–12 business days)
Delays may occur during promotions or holidays.
Where We Ship:
U.S.: All 50 states & Washington, D.C. (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). No APO/FPO/DPO.
International: Worldwide shipping (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). No APO/FPO/DPO.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take a few days to update.
Delays or Lost Packages:
If your order is delayed or lost, contact us. We’ll track it, keep you updated, and arrange a replacement or alternative shipping if needed.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are accepted before processing for a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If shipped, you may request a return after delivery.
